Interest
From 2% to 3.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Business requirements
1. Registered Business / Vat registered Sole Trader
2. Trading at least 1 year (No start ups)
3. Annual turnover of at least R1 000 000
4. Clear credit record
5. Sufficient discretionary income to service a loan payment
6. Security twice the value of the loan. (This can be a suitable unbonded property or a debtors book)
Fees charged
Kindly note that for applications up to R7 000 000 we don’t charge any upfront fees or success fees. For applications above R7 000 000 we charge a success fee of 2.5%
Your loan approval depends on the strength of your security and the business ability to service the loan. Clients that pass the pre-approval check will be contacted to discuss your application and offer.
